Privacy
This page describes which data the PREPLOQ website and app process, for what and for how long. PREPLOQ sets no advertising or analytics cookies and embeds no tracking services.
Controller
The controller is the provider named in the legal notice. We answer questions about data protection at datenschutz@preploq.app.
Visiting the website
Whenever a page is requested, our hosting provider processes technically necessary details: IP address, time, requested address and browser identification. They are used to deliver the page and to fend off attacks.
Trial requests
When you request a free trial, we store the type of business, the number of sites, your name, business, email address and, if given, phone number and message. In addition we store the language of the page, the campaign details from the link (utm parameters) and the address of the site you came from, without its path.
We use these details only to answer your request and set up your trial. We do not store your IP address, only a check value derived from it to limit mass requests.
On request we delete your request at any time. Just write to datenschutz@preploq.app.
Accounts in the app
For customer companies, PREPLOQ stores names, email addresses or staff codes, roles and sites of people, and a log of their actions, such as who created a label or discarded a container. We process this data on behalf of the respective company.
Cookies
PREPLOQ only uses cookies needed for it to work: your chosen language, your chosen appearance (light or dark), your sign-in and, on station devices that were set up, the device identifier for signing in with a code.
Push notifications
Push notifications are only active when you turn them on for a device. We then store the device's push address. Messages pass through the push service of your browser or operating system, for example from Apple, Google or Mozilla.
Service providers
The website and the app run on Vercel Inc. (hosting), the database on Neon Inc. Emails about requests are sent through the mail server of our provider ALL-INKL.COM (Neue Medien Münnich). All of them process data only on our behalf.
Your rights
You can ask for information about your stored data and for its correction, deletion or restricted processing. You can object to processing and complain to a data protection supervisory authority. Write to datenschutz@preploq.app.
