Name hosting locations precisely.

Vercel application execution is configured for Frankfurt, Germany (fra1). The currently configured Neon production database is in AWS region us-east-1 in the United States. EU application servers therefore do not currently mean that all data is stored exclusively in the EU.

The privacy policy describes the services used and processing. Global delivery and other services need separate consideration. Before production use, we establish your business's hosting and privacy requirements together.

If PREPLOQ processes personal data on your behalf, the applicable data processing requirements need review. This includes contractual provisions, technical and organisational measures and subprocessors.

Discuss the data processing agreement during personal setup. Required documentation, responsibilities and hosting requirements are established before production use. This website currently publishes no reviewed data processing agreement for download.

Access follows role and site.

Accounts are created by invitation. Kitchen staff, shift leads and head office have different permissions. Staff codes without email require a configured station device of the same company and site. Support IDs do not grant access.

Security-relevant changes are versioned and logged. Labels store their creation version. The service worker does not cache operational views, deadlines, holds or labels offline.
