Example: An opened pack enters station stock.
The kitchen selects the approved product and the opening step. Its configured rule determines which details are required. The team records the actual time and required manufacturer dates. PREPLOQ checks the inputs before a production label can be created.
A missing manufacturer date is not replaced with an invented value. A best-before date remains a best-before date rather than being renamed as a use-by date. Missing required information needs to be completed.
Check the appropriate rule for thawing.
An opening rule is not a thawing rule. Head office chooses the steps available for a product and approves their rules. In the trial, select a product with traceable manufacturer information and follow the actual kitchen workflow.
- Have the original product information ready
- Deliberately select opening or thawing
- Distinguish event time from recording time
- Check the preview and container identity
Late recording remains visible.
If an event occurred more than 60 minutes before it is recorded, a reason is required. History distinguishes when something happened from when it was documented. This application example explains the intended process using synthetic data.
