The overview groups open containers by their use-by date. Held stock appears separately. Your team can open a container and record use or disposal; passing its deadline does not mark it as completed.
Configured devices can receive reminders before expiry, for overdue stock and for the daily overview. Actual receipt depends on the device and push permission. The current overview remains the basis for kitchen work.
