The shift lead opens the configured site's daily overview. Overdue containers, those due today and those due soon are shown separately. Held stock is identifiable. On the container, the QR code opens its related view.
The next person can check the saved deadline and recorded actions. This reduces reliance on a verbal explanation that may not reach everyone during service. Food-handling decisions remain with the responsible team.
Three questions for handover.
During the pilot, check more than label legibility. Follow the full process through to recording the next action.
- Which containers are due or on hold?
- Can the next person open the correct history?
- Are use and disposal recorded against the right container?
The signed-in site matters.
Kitchen staff and shift leads work within their assigned site. Staff using a code need a configured station device belonging to the same company and site. This model workflow describes the product and includes no real customer results.
