Review stock before handover.
Check due and held containers and unclear assignments. A legible label provides orientation; history adds recorded actions. If label, container and recorded status disagree, the responsible team needs to resolve it.
- Open the correct site
- Review due and held containers
- Record unclear product or container assignments
- Check recorded use and disposal actions
Let the next person open the workflow themselves.
In a practice run, ask someone from the next shift to open the QR code. They should be able to identify the product, deadline and recorded actions. This tests access and labelling in the real station routine.
The PREPLOQ container view requires suitable sign-in and site assignment. A staff code works only on its configured station device. The QR code alone does not grant access.
Document the correct time.
When a step is recorded later, its actual time differs from its documentation time. PREPLOQ stores them separately and requires a reason for delays exceeding 60 minutes. Test this exception deliberately rather than encountering it first in daily use.
Questions about this topic
Does the container overview replace every handover conversation?
It provides documented information for recorded containers. People still coordinate other operational tasks and unresolved points.
