An empty field is not confirmation.
Head office checks product information and explicitly records each allergen state. Not present is only set after confirmation. An incomplete list is not interpreted as allergen-free.
When a dressing ingredient changes, new manufacturer information must be checked and added to a new product version. The team can create new labels from that version after it is approved.
Existing labels keep their information.
A label preserves the confirmed information at creation. A later change does not replace that history. The product version used for a container remains traceable.
PREPLOQ records information. Reviewing recipes, ingredients and cross-contact remains part of your kitchen process. The software does not test the food itself.
