The free template lists the 14 groups in Annex II of the Food Information Regulation as columns. Extra fields record specific cereals or nuts, sources and review details. It begins exclusively with unreviewed statuses.
Distinguish outstanding, present and confirmed absent.
In PREPLOQ, unknown information remains outstanding. Absent is explicitly confirmed. Present and May contain are separate statuses. A trace statement is not generated automatically from missing information.
Specific details for cereals containing gluten and nuts are required where relevant. Incomplete required information blocks production approval and printing. Professional assessment remains a head office responsibility.
A change requires fresh review.
Review the matrix when recipes or manufacturer information change. Record the new version, source and review date. PREPLOQ versions product information; saved labels retain their creation version. The CSV template helps preparation but does not approve anything in the application.
